"WHEAT" BREAD MIX
Specially selected mix of wheat flour type 550 (94,8%), wheat sourdough, salt and instant yeast. That’s all ingredients you will find in the 500 g package of wheat bread mix. Just add water, mix it, and that’s it! Within two hours you can enjoy your fresh, crispy and fragrant bread. Baking a bread has never been so easy and fun!
How-to-make the bread in 1,2,3…
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add 360- 380 ml of warm water. Knead the dough with a mixer with a hook or by hand for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to a previously greased baking tray (25x11x8). Cover the whole thing with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour to let the dough raise.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 220 C, (top and bottom without convection). After baking, remove immediately from the baking tray.
