“Luksusowa Flour” is a traditional wheat flour type 550. The higher the flour type number, the darker the flour is. Therefore, our “Luksusowa Flour” is slightly darker than type 450 and type 500 flours. Produced only from carefully selected, high-quality wheat grains.
